The team at DB Bookbinders are lovely! Somehow during the order process, my order switched from delivery to pick up, and I was able to call and get it changed with no fuss. The team also kept me updated on the progress of the binding, and my thesis arrived quicker than expected. It’s great quality and I can see it lasting longer than me! A few pages at the back were somewhat stuck together at the bottom, but this was no issue to fix myself.
